It was work. Unpleasant work. Filing documents manually. Achieve properly. So that they could be found again. Alphabetically ordered by customer name, ascending sorted after the order number, punched and filed on a strip, each year with a different color. And at the beginning of each year the very old ones could be sorted out and brought to the document destruction. This was how it was right!

Day by day, year by year numberless stacks of paper have been handled by our trainees, interns and temps. Now that´s come to an end! Paperless order process! All digitally filed! Quickly find it without stand up from the chair. The technic makes it possible! Hurray!

Where the documents piled up, scanners are placed now. Where the paper file cabinets were located, new working places have been created. Where the documents were sorted out for the final storage, the data privacy protected shredder has found its place. Sorry? What the trainees and interns are doing now? Well, they are standing at the scanner now! Crystal Clear!
