Separation Rumour 014*

Goodbye old building. ... It’s important to have regular clear-out’s of things you no longer need. This applies to socks, habits, mobile phones, mother-in-laws, magazines, junk and yes, even buildings. Our old building had served us for long enough, and now we have gone our separate ways. Although this may appear to be a piece of sad news at first sight, we actually have a reason to celebrate. The end of something old ushers in something different, and we are delighted with our new building at the same location. Neither expense nor effort was spared in the demolition, construction and design works. Now we are working in larger and modernised offices and warehouses. Training facilities and a show room have also been added. The latter enables us to exhibit our products and services.
This special issue of our newsletter aims to provide more details about our exciting construction project. It's crystal clear – we are totally geared towards growth!

New building

Wolftechnik Filtersysteme is now making its progress and success visible to the outside world. Around 2 million euro have been invested in upgrading and expanding our site and premises. A new high-bay warehouse offers space for 144 euro pallets. This means that there is no longer any need to use external storage facilities. Warehousing processes are now also more effective and easier to manage. “We are investing in this location to create a construction design which is aesthetically pleasing and also represents what the company is all about,” said Managing Director Peter Krause. …[read more]

Weil beach summer 2018

Wolftechnik at the Summer Beach

Weil der Stadt’s Town Hall was built in 1669. It stands on a picturesque market square, which also contains the Kepler Monument and two historic fountains. This summer, the whole area was turned into a giant beach. As part of the programme of events, five companies from Weil der Stadt organised a special after-work chill-out to which everyone was invited. …[read more]

Looking ahead – Wolftechnik Filtersysteme in 2019

Our new building and modern work environment have generated huge motivation and a real sense of anticipation for 2019. There are numerous projects which we will be seeking to implement. The first new product will be fleece rolls for belt filters. As well as being suitable for use on our own conveyor systems, these will also be compatible with the equipment operated by competitors.

The “URSUS” self-cleaning filter will also be available very soon. The cleaning of the basket takes place automatically via a programmed self-cleaning cycle. This is achieved by the backwards and forwards movement of a pneumatic cylinder which has a skimming plate affixed to the end. The self-cleaning process begins once the programmed pressure difference at the entry and exit of the filter housing has been exceeded.

We also intend to obtain certification for the Hygienic Design version of the WTSRF self-cleaning filter from the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group). The EHEDG is a consortium of various companies and institutions which aims to raise food hygiene standards. We will seek to achieve an ATEX Certificate for our standard version of the WTSRF.

As well as launching various product innovations and improvements, a further objective is to pursue growth across Europe by continuing to strengthen our reseller network.

Donations and Sponsoring 2018

To share a little of our success is an essential part of our self-conception. We are really pleased about the long list of beneficiaries we could support in 2018:

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the people we got to know in this way and who have expanded our horizons through our social interaction.
